Burberry: Potential Bid by Moncler on Cards as Shares Undervalued

We are maintaining our fair value estimate for Moncler and Burberry after independent industry publication Miss Tweed reported a potential bid by the former for the latter. We believe Moncler would be getting a good deal given that we believe there is about 70% upside to our fair value estimate for Burberry.
