Acuity Brands' first-quarter sales increased 2% year over year to $952 million. Full-year revenue and adjusted earnings per share guidance for fiscal 2025 were updated to $4.4 billion and $17.25 per share, up from $4.0 billion and $16.75 as a result of closing the QSC acquisition on Jan. 1.
