Nintendo Earnings: More Confidence on Switch 2 Launch; Fair Value Estimate Raised by 18%

Nintendo's December-quarter revenue and operating income fell by 27.7% and 31.7%, respectively, due to a slowdown in Switch console and game shipments. Accordingly, the company lowered its operating income guidance for fiscal 2024 (ending March 2025) from JPY 360 billion to JPY 280 billion.
