Centuria Industrial REIT: Leasing Conditions Starting to Soften

Centuria Industrial's re-leasing spreads for the nine months to March 31, 2025 were 41%, down from 50% in the December half and 54% in the September quarter 2024. Management maintained fiscal 2025 guidance for funds from operations of AUD 17.3 cents per unit and distributions of AUD 16.3 cpu.
