PCA: Acquisition of Greif's Containerboard Business Will Bolster Packaging Portfolio

Packaging Corp. of America announced that it has agreed to purchase Greif's containerboard business for $1.8 billion in cash. This acquisition would add roughly 800,000 tons of containerboard capacity to PCA's network in the US.
