Suntec REIT Earnings: Singapore Portfolio Underpins Distribution Growth; Units Undervalued

Suntec REIT's first-half 2025 distribution per unit rose by 3.7% year on year, driven by strong operating performance from its Singapore portfolio and lower financing cost. This was partly offset by higher Australian withholding tax provision due to the loss of managed investment trust status.
