State Street Earnings: Markets Boosting Fees but Net Interest Income Outlook Softens

Helped by rising markets, State Street reported year-over-year fee income growth of 8%. Net interest income declined 1% and the firm now expects State Street to be down slightly from 2023. Expenses were up 5% and State Street now expects 2025 adjusted expenses to be up 4.5%.
