Albemarle: Shares Plunge on Ketjen Divestiture, but We View Deal as Value-Neutral; Valuation Intact

Albemarle announced a deal to divest a 51% stake in Ketjen, its refining catalysts business, to KPS Capital Partners. Albemarle shares were down nearly 9% on Oct. 27 at the time of writing.
