Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly: New Obesity Drug Prices, Orforglipron Voucher, and Eloralintide Data

On Nov. 6, Novo and Lilly announced a deal with the Trump administration to lower obesity drug prices in several channels in exchange for expanded Medicare access and a tariff grace period. Both received national priority vouchers. Lilly also disclosed phase 2 data for amylin drug eloralintide.
