Ocado: Kroger Plans to Shrink Its Warehouse Footprint Developed by Ocado

Ocado Group’s largest partner, US grocer Kroger, announced that it would shut down three customer fulfillment centers in January 2026. Ocado expects to receive $250 million in compensation. The site closures will hit Ocado’s fiscal 2026 fee revenue by $50 million.
