Acciona Energia: Sold US and Mexican Assets for $ 1 Billion; Multiple Is Undemanding

Acciona Energia agreed to sell a 49% stake in a 1.3-gigawatt portfolio of solar plants in the US (Illinois and Texas) and two wind farms in Mexico, totaling 321 MW, to Mexico Infrastructure Partners for $1 billion or EUR 855 million. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
