MTR: Ridership Numbers Within Expectations; Developers' Land Acquisition Appetite Healthy

MTR's year-to-October ridership for cross-boundary and high-speed rail services rose 9% and 17% year on year, supported by an 11% increase in mainland China visitor arrivals during the period, according to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong. Domestic service ridership remained flat.
