Bluescope: Takeover Looking More Likely on 'Best and Final' Offer

Bluescope has received an improved takeover offer from the consortium comprising Steel Dynamics and Seven Group Holdings. The bid, via a scheme of arrangement, is equivalent to AUD 33 per share, including AUD 0.65 in upcoming share distributions. It is expressed as the "best and final" proposal.
