Engie released solid 2025 earnings and announced the acquisition of the leading UK distribution networks company, UKPN, from CK Infrastructure Holdings for GBP 10.5 billion, implying an enterprise value of GBP 15.9 billion, or 14% of Engie's EV. The deal is expected to complete in mid-2026.
