Amgen reported 6% revenue growth and 5% non-GAAP earnings per share growth in the first quarter. Management nudged its full-year guidance up to $37.1 billion-$38.5 billion in revenue and $21.70-$23.10 in non-GAAP EPS. The shares fell 5% in early trading on May 1.
