GEA Group is a leading supplier of process equipment and systems, focused primarily on the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, which together account for nearly three-fourths of sales. The company concentrates on mission-critical applications where hygiene, reliability, and regulatory compliance are paramount. Its two wide-moat divisions—pure flow processing and farm technologies—generate roughly two-thirds of group EBITDA, with entrenched market leadership, high service intensity, and strong pricing power.
