Inventory Turnover
Inventory turnover represents the value of a company’s cost of revenue relative to its average inventory. It's used as an efficiency ratio to measure how many times inventory is sold and replaced during the trailing 12-month period. It is calculated as cost of revenue (TTM) divided by average inventories.
