Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Increases Its Cash Dividend
On July 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTBI) increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.65 per share beginning with the October 1, 2026 payment to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026. This represents an increase of 22.6% in the quarterly cash dividend. “We are pleased to have increased the cash dividend to our shareholders for the 46th consecutive year," said Mark A. Gooch, Chairman, President, and CEO. In addition to the quarterly cash dividend, the Board approved a one-time cash dividend payment of $0.06 per share to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026, also to be paid on October 1, 2026.
