Plus500 said that it has secured a new clearing membership to buy and sell securities with ICE Clear Europe, which is part of Intercontinental Exchange Group.
The online-trading platform operator said Tuesday that it can now provide its consumers with access to European futures markets. These include energy and carbon derivatives such as power, gas, and carbon futures and options, it said.
In recent years, Plus500 secured clearing memberships with some of the largest clearing houses globally, including CME Group exchanges, Eurex and MGEX, it said.
