Standard Bank of South Africa Names David Hodnett as CEO

Standard Bank Group appointed David Hodnett as chief executive of the Standard Bank of South Africa.

The South African bank said Hodnett, who currently serves as the group's chief risk officer, brings more than three decades of experience to the role.

Meanwhile, Thabani Ndwandwe, chief risk officer at Standard Bank of South Africa, will succeed Hodnett as the group's chief risk officer.

Ndwandwe's appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
