BHP Promotes Brandon Craig to Become CEO From July 1

SYDNEY--BHP Group Chief Executive Mike Henry will step down in July to be replaced by the Australian iron-ore miner's current North America head.

BHP, which is also the world's largest copper producer, on Wednesday said that Brandon Craig will become CEO on July 1.
