Adani Airport Plans to Raise About $1 Billion

Adani Airport Holdings plans to raise about $1 billion of equity capital from a group of investors, including Singaporean state investment firm Temasek and BlackRock managed funds.

The airport operating subsidiary of Adani Enterprises said Wednesday that the transaction values the unit at a pre-money equity valuation of about $18 billion.

Adani Airport said it would use the proceeds to support airport upgrade and capacity expansion among other things.
