Company Report

CKI Holdings Is Well Positioned to Make Material Acquisitions

CK Infrastructure, or CKI, is a major global infrastructure investor. It functions like an infrastructure trust where it owns a portfolio of minority stakes in regulated utilities and contracted infrastructure with stable income streams. The company receives dividends and interest income from its assets, which cover corporate-level costs and fund dividends to shareholders. It also builds up cash to periodically acquire more infrastructure investments. Historically, low- to mid-single-digit organic earnings growth has been augmented by income contribution from acquisitions.
