The investment seeks to provide investment results (before fees and expenses) that generally correlate to the total return performance of the S&P 500 Dividend Drivers Index. It invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in securities that comprise the index. The fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the index. It is non-diversified.
