Strategy

The investment seeks to provide exposure, before fees and expenses, generally consistent with the price and yield performance of the 3-month U.S. Treasury bill market. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. Treasury bills.
