The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its objective by investing principally in common stocks of U.S. companies that Strategas Asset Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) believes most highly correlate to macro-thematic trends. It may invest in securities of companies with any market capitalization, though certain liquidity parameters are required for a security to be considered.
