Strategy

The investment seeks to generate long-term total returns. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”). Under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies from foreign countries, or depositary receipts representing such securities.
