Opus Small Cap Value Plus ETF OSCV Strategy
Strategy
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-capitalization U.S. companies that exhibit value characteristics. The fund manager defines small-capitalization companies as those that, at the time of investment, fall within the lowest 15% of the total U.S. equity market capitalization (excluding, for purposes of this calculation, companies with market capitalizations of less than $10 million), as calculated annually.
