Strategy

The investment seeks a high level of current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in income-producing floating-rate loans, other income-producing floating-rate debt securities and exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) that invest in such instruments. It may invest in securities of stressed, distressed, and defaulted issuers (including issuers involved in bankruptcy proceedings, reorganizations, financial restructurings, or otherwise experiencing financial hardship).
