Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. Its investments in equity securities may include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, depository receipts, shares of publicly traded REITs, warrants and rights. Its investments in depository receipts may include American, European and Global Depository Receipts.
