The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. Its investments in equity securities may include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, depositary receipts, shares of publicly traded real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) and ETFs that invest primarily in equity securities, warrants and rights.
