Strategy
The investment seeks to obtain higher returns compared to the MSCI EAFE Value Index, while maintaining lower risk. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests in at least three countries, and invests at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies. The fund invests principally in common stock and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), including unsponsored ADRs, of companies of any market capitalization.
