Strategy
The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of value companies with small market capitalizations. The adviser considers a company to be a small capitalization company if it has a market capitalization of $10 billion or less. It may invest up to 10% of its total assets, measured at the time of purchase, in corporate fixed-income securities.
