Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities that constitute the NASDAQ-100 Index ® (“NDX”). The NDX is a large-capitalization growth index comprised of the 100 largest domestic and international (including emerging markets) non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization.
