The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return performance of common stocks publicly traded in the United States. The fund is normally investing at least 80% of assets in common stocks included in the S&P 500® Index. The S&P 500 ® Index is a market capitalization-weighted index of 500 common stocks that represents the performance of the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. market.
