The investment seeks total return in excess of that of its benchmark, the J.P. Morgan EMBI Global Diversified. The fund seeks its investment objective by investing primarily in debt of emerging country sovereign, quasi-sovereign, and corporate issuers and in emerging country credit, currency, and interest rate derivatives. The adviser uses fundamental analytical techniques to select country credit, corporate credit, currency, interest-rate, and individual bond and derivative instruments.
