Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and dividend income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in companies that meet the Adviser’s criteria for quality and value. It may also invest in initial public offerings (“IPOs”) and securities of companies with any market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
