Strategy

The investment seeks to provide total return through a combination of high current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in noninvestment-grade debt securities, commonly called “high-yield” or “junk” bonds, which include debt securities rated BB+ or lower by S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global, Inc. (S&P), or comparably rated by another nationally recognized statistical rating organization (NRSRO) or, if unrated, determined by the Sub-Advisor to be of comparable quality (80% policy).
