Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s assets will be invested in equity securities. This policy may be changed without shareholder approval; however, the investors would be notified upon 60 days’ notice in writing of any changes. The fund’s equity investments may include convertible securities. It is non-diversified.
