The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of U.S. issuers. Equity securities that the fund buys primarily are common stocks of large-cap companies, i.e., those with market capitalizations similar to those of companies included in the S&P 500 Index. It may invest in equity securities of foreign companies in both developed and emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.
