North Square Preferred and Income Securities Fund Class I ORDNX Strategy

The investment seeks total return through current income and capital appreciation. The adviser pursues its investment objective by investing in preferred and debt securities and other income producing securities including convertible securities, and derivatives and securities of other investment companies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of preferred and debt securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, including traditional preferred securities.
