Strategy

The investment seeks total return consisting of capital appreciation and income. Under normal conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in convertible securities. Convertible securities are "hybrid" securities that possess both fixed income and equity characteristics. The fund will generally invest primarily in investment-grade instruments. It is non-diversified.
