The investment seeks high, long-term capital appreciation. The fund is a "fund of funds" that seeks to achieve its investment goal by investing in a combination of underlying funds. The advisor expects to be as fully invested as practical, although it may maintain liquidity reserves to meet redemption requests. It may invest a significant portion of its assets in any single underlying fund.
