The investment seeks long-term capital growth by investing primarily in small companies whose common stocks are believed to be undervalued. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in companies with a market capitalization that is within or below the range of companies in the Russell 2000® Index.
