Sole manager Ryan Hedrick now has three years of portfolio management experience under his belt and continues to demonstrate strong leadership. Since stepping in at the start of 2023, he has brought greater discipline to portfolio construction and trading, strengthened risk controls, and introduced thoughtful refinements to the investment framework. Building on his own time spent in equity research, Hedrick maintains strong relationships with T. Rowe Price’s extensive analyst bench and leans on its sector expertise for idea generation. He's also intellectually curious, regularly carving out time to study relevant industry shifts and historical cycles. Hedrick is just getting started, but he already shows the promising qualities of a more seasoned leader.
