Rowe Price's seasoned multi-asset team and deep research resources remain strengths, but our confidence in the team's ability to generate a differentiated edge in this increasingly bondcentric mandate has waned. Combined with continued changes to the portfolio and several underlying strategies, this results in a downgrade of the People Pillar rating to Average from Above Average.
