Tom Levering, who has served as the manager of Vanguard Energy Opportunities since January 2020, recently assumed an additional manager role. Levering and Tim Casaletto have replaced Peter Fisher at the helm of Vanguard Dividend Growth. Levering remains in charge of this energy/utilities vehicle. He has a superior resume for running such a strategy, and he continues to be supported by a sizable team that is experienced overall and has an attractive mix of traditional energy, alternative energy, utilities, and other relevant expertise. This strategy retains its Above Average People and Process ratings.
