Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve long-term total rate of return consistent with preservation of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least eighty percent (80%) of the value of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in "high yield" securities. It may invest up to twenty-five percent (25%) in non-U.S. dollar-denominated securities.
