Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. has appointed Limor Spector as Senior Vice President, Innovation, Ventures & Commercialization for the company’s key innovation organizations.

In a newly established role, Spector will oversee key innovation organizations across the Americas, including Serendie Street Boston, the digital transformation arm of Mitsubishi Electric in the Americas. Serendie Street Boston aligns AI, software, and digital transformation capabilities from across Mitsubishi Electric industrial and technology businesses within a coordinated innovation ecosystem.

This leadership role will enable the company to innovate faster, operate more seamlessly across organizations, and deliver greater value to customers worldwide.

Most recently, Spector served as President, Licensing & Ventures at GE Vernova, where she led technology commercialization, venture creation, strategic partnerships, and intellectual property monetization initiatives. She earned both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University, following her undergraduate studies in Physics at Harvard University.
Spector will be based in the company’s Serendie Street Boston office.
