Aramark Nexus™ Selected as Premier Hospitality Partner for a Leading Workforce Housing Provider Company Sets High Standard for Attracting and Retaining Skilled Trade Talent
The engagement includes hospitality services for a workforce community of up to 4,000 specialized trade professionals at a new AI data center site in Texas, with expectations of future opportunities. It marks a continued expansion for Aramark Nexus in industries where speed, scale, and service quality are decisive factors in project success.
"Securing workforce housing and the onsite hospitality services that enable specialized crews to move right in is a crucial step in getting building underway quickly," said Pat Liebler, President and CEO of Aramark Nexus. "We work hand-in-hand with data center developers, housing and colocation providers, and others to deliver the kind of integrated services that attract and retain skilled talent.”
Workforce housing providers develop, own, and operate the onsite communities that technology companies and developers rely on to house specialized trade crews during construction projects. As infrastructure buildouts accelerate nationwide, competition for labor has intensified, making quality housing and hospitality a strategic lever — not an afterthought — in getting projects staffed and built on schedule.
Aramark Nexus draws on the company’s decades of experience delivering multiple integrated services across complex, secure, and remote environments. That breadth, combined with the operational depth to stand up full-service communities for thousands of workers on accelerated timelines, is what gives Aramark Nexus a competitive advantage.
The Aramark Nexus model is built around elevated dining, housekeeping, facilities management, security and laundry services designed to make workforce communities feel less like temporary camps and more like places skilled workers choose to stay. Additional amenities — including fitness centers, convenience retail, and entertainment options — round out communities built for retention, not just occupancy.
“Few organizations can bring elevated hospitality services and amenities together at this scale under one operator. Our integrated model is what allows our clients to move a workforce in and keep them there,” Liebler added.
